WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and either a full refund, a store credit or a replacement will be sent, depending on your complaint. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence.
Our cancellation policy does not apply to personalised biscuits, however for unpersonalised biscuits you have the right to cancel the contract 14 days after receiving the goods. We will not ask you to return the goods, instead please cintact us to discuss your cancellation.
Your statutory rights are protected under our terms and conditions.
HOW DO MY TREATS GET TO ME SAFELY AND ON TIME?
When ordering you are asked to provide the date that you require your treats.
this is then added to a diary with a date to bake and a date to dispatch.
We aim to get your treats to you 3-4 days before they are required.
All we ask is that you please read all our info very carefully and check our turnaround time. Which can be found in each listing.
Please do not order if you need your treats any sooner.
You are free to message us to check before hand to see if anything has changed.
We pack your treats beautifully and safely as possible to ensure there are no breakages and they are then sent by Evri next day delivery, at a flat rate of £3.50

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Primrose Cottage treats should be kept in a cool dry place. A loose lidded dish is perfect and we do not reccomend keeping them in any plastic or airtight containers.
When you recieve your treats please remove them from any plastic packaging they have come in straight away and either keep them in the cardboard box they came in or in the storage reccomended above.
They are also suitable to freeze, once you remove from the freezer you should place them on a dish to defrost with no lid.
As our treats do not contain any preservatives their shelf life is limited, but if all storage instructions are followed correctly they can last for up to 2 months.
WHO ARE YOUR TREATS SUITABLE FOR
Our treats are suitable for dogs over the age of 12 weeks.
They are a complimentary feed and should only be given as a treat or reward.
Water should always be provided when feeding dry dog food.
